Entry Mid Level AV Tech
As an AV Installation Specialist, you may be expected to (depending on your Tech level):
Work with the Project Manager and team in the timely completion of assigned daily procedures and customer jobs.

Pre-wire high-end custom and semi-custom residential homes and commercial buildings under construction for future A/V and home automation.

Pull audio/video wire throughout residential and commercial buildings.

Install whole home audio systems, speakers (wall mounted, ceiling and/or recessed), TV’s, entry systems, motorized shades, and networks.

Install (and program, if applicable) whole home automation systems including light, shade, HVAC control systems, video distribution systems, distributed home audio, and security cameras.

Create, contribute, and share new ideas and information in a positive team environment.
As a Qualified AV Installation Specialist, you should possess the following:

A passion for electronics and home automation

Ability to read technical plans, specifications, and schematic diagrams.

Knowledge of low voltage systems, technology, and equipment
-
Understanding of basic networking concepts and principles
-
Basic construction knowledge
-
Ability to lift over 50 pounds independently.

Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift.

Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power tools while on a ladder.

Ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal supervision

Ambitious, self-motivated, good work ethic, the ability to learn quickly.

Excellent communication skills in all forms

Professional demeanor with the ability to provide superior customer service.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
