We’ve taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of enjoyment. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 775-853-4800 and ask for our service manager.
Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.
If you have a weekend emergency*, please call our special service number, 775-219-7692. Our on-call technician is available on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
Please leave a voice mail message with your name and number, and your call will be returned promptly.
Sierra Integrated Systems warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of substantial completion**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surges are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Sierra Integrated Systems is also not covered by warranty
Notes
* A system emergency is when a Sierra Integrated Systems installed system is inoperable or fails to function. Out of warranty weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.
** The substantial completion date is the date the system was installed and functioning satisfactorily in the client’s judgment.
Customers covered by our continuing Services Contract can expect:

- Up to 30 minutes of talk time with a technician to resolve issues over the phone – if unable to solve the problem over the phone, the technician will arrange priority on-site service

Semi-annual Diagnostic Tune-Up
- System performance checks
- Calibration of audio and video systems
- Programming updates of favorite channels, lighting scenes and more
- Firmware updates to enhance system reliability
- Documentation for and photographs of your current system stored at IHS
- Back-up copies of all programming files stored with IHS
